閻作勤,男,主任醫(yī)師,教授,副院長(zhǎng),博士生導(dǎo)師,中華創(chuàng)傷學(xué)會(huì)委員,上海創(chuàng)傷分會(huì)主任委員,中華骨科學(xué)分會(huì)關(guān)節(jié)學(xué)組委員. 具有豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其擅長(zhǎng)微創(chuàng)人工關(guān)節(jié)置換技術(shù)以及先天性畸形、髖關(guān)節(jié)發(fā)育不好、股骨頭壞死的診治,并開(kāi)展了一些新的技術(shù):1、2003年上海市較早開(kāi)展了骨髓基質(zhì)干細(xì)胞股骨頭壞死的臨床研究;2、在國(guó)內(nèi)較早引進(jìn)T-SAW,進(jìn)行椎板大塊切除回植治療椎管內(nèi)腫瘤,獲得了良好的,在此基礎(chǔ)上,改進(jìn)Tomita大塊切除椎體腫瘤技術(shù),針對(duì)手術(shù)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了專門器械(已申請(qǐng)專利),簡(jiǎn)化作難度,降低手術(shù)危險(xiǎn),提高了手術(shù)的靠譜性,大大提高了脊柱腫瘤的治療水平(包括原發(fā)性和轉(zhuǎn)移性),降低了并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。 申請(qǐng)人作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)上海市課題和上海市自然科學(xué)基金二項(xiàng),作為第三參與者參加自然科學(xué)基金、973子課題項(xiàng)目的科研工作。參加編寫(xiě)或編譯的專著有:《實(shí)用外科學(xué)》、《脊柱創(chuàng)傷外科學(xué)》、《實(shí)用骨科手冊(cè)》、《周圍神經(jīng)損傷基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究》、《外科手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的預(yù)防與處理》、《O’connor關(guān)節(jié)鏡外科學(xué)》等。2006年主譯出版了66萬(wàn)字的《脊柱外科手術(shù)圖譜》專著一本。獲得3項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利授權(quán),申請(qǐng)一項(xiàng)專利。在骨科領(lǐng)域核心期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇,近5年發(fā)表18篇,其中SCI論文6篇,核心期刊11篇。在股骨頭壞死研究方面發(fā)表SCI論文兩篇(IF2.9,2.7),在國(guó)際上首先發(fā)現(xiàn)采用利福平增強(qiáng)P-gp的活性有助于降低激素性壞死的發(fā)生,論文發(fā)表在國(guó)際的期刊Calsif Tissue International,為降低激素性股骨頭壞死的發(fā)生提出了一種新的思路。 1.
